As Women’s History Month comes to a close, I find myself reflecting not only on the progress our industry has made, but on the individuals who propel that progress forward—quietly, consistently, and with extraordinary skill.

This year, I had the honor of being named one of the Most Inspiring Women in Cyber. I am deeply grateful for the recognition. But accepting an award like this is never a solitary achievement. It is the product of collective effort, shared purpose, and the brilliance of those who stand beside you.

So rather than write about myself, I want to use this moment to recognize the exceptional women on my team—women who inspire me daily, challenge me intellectually, steady me when stakes are high, and elevate our work in ways that deserve far more visibility than any award can offer.
