DataBee Free Trial Completion Incentive: Official Terms

Sponsor. This offer is sponsored by DataBee, a Comcast company, with offices at 1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia PA 19103 ("DataBee").

1. Eligibility. The offer is open only to individuals who:

  • are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live)
  • are legal residents of [the 50 United States and D.C.]
  • take part on behalf of an organization that DataBee has approved for a free trial starting between November 1, 2026 and November 30, 2026 (Eastern Time)

The offer is not available to:

  • government employees or officials, including employees of state-owned or state-controlled entities and public institutions
  • anyone whose employer's policies or applicable law prohibit them from accepting the reward
  • employees and contractors of DataBee, a Comcast company, or their affiliates and subsidiaries, or their immediate family and household members

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Completion requirements. To qualify, the organization must do all of the following, and DataBee must be able to verify them in the trial environment:

  • connect at least one data source
  • build at least one control
  • submit the end-of-trial feedback survey no later than 7 calendar days after the trial ends

DataBee's decision on whether the requirements were met is final.

3. Reward.

  • Each participating organization can receive one reward, regardless of how many users take part.
  • The reward goes to the primary trial contact, who can choose either:
    • a $50 Amazon.com gift card, or
    • a $50 donation by DataBee to the Nature Conservancy, made in the organization's or the contact's name.
  • If the contact doesn't make a choice within 5 business days of DataBee's request, the reward is forfeited.
  • Charitable donations are made by DataBee. Neither the recipient nor the organization may claim a tax deduction for them.

4. Delivery. Rewards are sent by email to the primary trial contact within 10 business days after DataBee verifies completion. If the email bounces or the recipient doesn't respond to a verification request within 10 business days, the reward may be forfeited. DataBee is not responsible for emails that are lost, delayed, or caught by spam filters.

5. Employer policies and gifts.

  • By accepting a reward, the recipient confirms that accepting it is allowed under their employer's policies and applicable law, including any gift, ethics, or anti-bribery rules.
  • Recipients may decline the reward at any time.
  • The reward is given only in exchange for completing the trial and feedback. It is not meant to influence, and is not conditioned on, any purchase, procurement, or business decision.
  • No purchase is necessary.

6. General conditions.

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, except as described in Section 3.
  • DataBee may substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
  • The recipient is responsible for any taxes. DataBee will not issue tax forms unless the law requires it.
  • DataBee may disqualify any participant or organization it reasonably believes has given false information, tampered with the trial, or broken these terms.
  • DataBee may change or end this offer at any time. Any change will not affect rewards already earned under the terms that applied when completion was achieved.
  • This offer is not a sweepstakes or contest.
  • Use of the trial environment is governed by the DataBee End User Subscription Agreement.
  • Personal information and survey responses are handled under the Xfinity Privacy Policy: https://www.xfinity.com/privacy/policy.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
