What is continuous controls monitoring?

Continuous controls monitoring (CCM) tests and measures controls on an ongoing basis, using data from the systems those controls govern, rather than relying on periodic manual sampling and metrics. It gives teams a current view of whether controls are working.

When does the trial start?

Trials begin in November 2026. Join the waitlist now. Once you're approved, you choose your start date.

Is the trial free?

Yes. The 14-day trial is free for approved participants. Any engagement after the trial is scoped separately.

Can I complete the trial myself?

Yes. The trial is self-service. You or your team sets up and explores DataBee CCM on its own schedule, with a step-by-step guide for every stage of the trial. DataBee experts are available when your team needs help.

What support is available?

A step-by-step setup guide, plus access to DataBee experts whenever you have questions about setup, use cases or results. Just ask.

How will I know if I'm approved?

You'll get an approval email within one business day of signing up.

Does everyone who joins the waitlist get access?

Not automatically. We will review each entry to ensure that you're set up for success. If the timing isn't right yet, we'll keep your request active for a later start date.

Can I connect my own data?

Yes. The trial runs on your own data through an API connection to a tool you use, so you evaluate DataBee against your real controls rather than a demo scenario. We send the setup guide, requirements, and trial details when you're approved, so you can prepare for your trial.

Can my teammates join me?

Yes. You can add up to five of your teammates.

How is our data handled, the trial governed, and what agreements cover the trial?

Your trial environment is dedicated to your organization. You can view the trial agreement here: and our security and privacy page.

Is there a thank-you for completing the trial?

Yes. When your team completes the trial, you choose a $50 Amazon.com gift card or a $50 donation in your name to The Nature Conservancy. You can also opt out of the gift. One thank-you per team, no more than three per organization. Terms apply.

What counts as completing the trial?

Connecting a data source, building at least one control and submitting the short feedback survey at the end of your trial. We send your thank-you within 10 business days of your trial ending.

What happens after the trial?

You'll receive a summary report showing accomplishments during the trial and a link to a survey. Your environment stays open for another 7 days in read-only view, so you can export reports and discuss outcomes with colleagues. The trial tenant and its data are deleted on Day 30 from the first login.
